PARTNER WITH US
Reaching Hearts, Restoring Hope, Building communities
At Mount Elgon Upendo Outreach for the Needy (MEUON), we believe that lasting change is possible when people come together with a shared commitment to human dignity, equal opportunities, and resilient communities. Every contribution, partnership, skill, and act of service can help create opportunities for vulnerable children, strengthen families, and support communities to build a better future. Whether you are an individual, an organization, a business, a community group, or an international development partner, there is an opportunity for you to work with us.
Areas Of Partnerships
Support Education and Child Sponsorship
Education opens doors to opportunity. Through Ebenezer Nursery and Primary School, MEUON works to provide children with access to education and support vulnerable learners who face financial barriers. You can support this work by sponsoring a learner, contributing towards educational needs, supporting learning materials, or partnering with us to improve educational opportunities.
Support Vulnerable Families
Families experiencing hardship may need immediate assistance with basic necessities as well as opportunities to strengthen their livelihoods. You can work with MEUON to support vulnerable households through contributions of food, clothing, mattresses, essential household items, and other appropriate forms of humanitarian assistance. We also welcome partnerships that help families strengthen their resilience, improve their livelihoods, and work towards greater self-reliance.
Environmental Conservation
MEUON recognizes the importance of protecting the environment around Mount Elgon and strengthening community resilience to environmental challenges. We welcome collaboration with environmental organizations, conservation groups, educational institutions, researchers, and development partners interested in community-based environmental initiatives. Partner with us on environmental awareness, community conservation activities, sustainable natural-resource management, and initiatives that connect environmental protection with community wellbeing.
Empower Women and Young People
Women and young people are important contributors to community development. MEUON seeks to promote opportunities that strengthen their skills, participation, confidence, and economic potential. You can partner with us to support vocational and life skills, entrepreneurship, livelihood initiatives, mentoring, and other appropriate community empowerment programmes. We welcome organizations and individuals with relevant expertise who can help communities develop practical, sustainable solutions.
